Terrible company. They were working for our condominiums and they have done a horrible job. They said they will do a list of things that they never do.

We had Antz come to our house to quote a job for us - cleaning up weeds, edging and mulching the beds, trimming the bushes. We decided to go forward with them. Unfortunate it never happened. In fact, it's been over 30 days since we have heard from the company, despite us sending two emails and four phone calls. 5/26/16 We received our emailed quote for the above services from Matt. 6/26/16 I called Matt and asked him to put us on the books. He asked that I email him the request, and I obliged. 7/15/16 Matt emailed me and asked us to pick a color of mulch. He also said that because of the rain, jobs had been pushed back and that that ours would be "end of next week possibly beginning of next." By my calendar, that would mean by Tuesday 7/26/16. 8/2/16 After the 26th came and went with no word from Antz, I emailed Matt. He again stated the rain has pushed jobs out, and they would "try this week but most likely next," and that he would move us up on the list for the inconvenience. That would mean by Saturday 8/13/16. 8/24/16 My husband emailed Matt asking for a status update. No response. 8/29/16 My husband called the main office number and left a message. No response. 8/30/16 I called the main office number and left a message. No response. 8/31/16 I called the main office number and left a message, Matt's cell and left a message, and sent Matt an email. No response. And that leaves me here, leaving an unfavorable review. It is shocking to me that a business can forgo the most important aspect of a client relationship - communication. In 2016 it is as easy as a simple text message, email, or phone call. There is just no excuse for complete radio silence for almost an entire month. I can only assume that Antz has chosen not to take our business, but failed to let us know.
