X-Ray Associates of Louisville

Had a major surgery, payment was made but insurance adjustment was off by $18.70. They sent it to collections. When I called the collections agency even the collector thought it was ridiculous. Will request that any future x-rays be done at any other place.

I had multiple visits with Baptist who used X-Ray Associates of Louisville for many of these services unfortunately. Be warned that X-Ray Associates of Louisville has the worst portal for payment of bills. There is no visibility as to your open balance and or a record of statements. Therefore, after you receive a bill in the mail, you have to go into their portal and pay that amount towards no specific charge and hope it gets applied to the correct charge. It makes it very hard to see what your payments are applied to and track what you have paid and what remains open and for what charges. Most would understand looking at your account in their online portal, it would read as a zero balance due. I learned the hard way this is not the case by receiving a collection bill from GLA Collection Company. They were not willing to remove the interest charged. Very deceiving and poor payment portal and not the friendliest or understanding customer service.

I, too, was turned into Collections (like many others) even though I paid both bills that were sent to me. Baptist East needs to address this office - it feels like fraud!

Sent my bill to collections without ever telling me I had a bill. I got an x-ray at Baptist and the only bill I ever saw was from Baptist which I paid. I never even got this one. And now they're messing up my credit.
