Fazoli's

Always loved Fazoli's as a kid. Had such fond memories going with my mother as a kid. And i hadn't been in years and decided to go with my children. The service didn't fail me then and it hasn't failed me now. It has always been such a lovely place, and good food, with great service. I Will for sure be going again.

Did an online order like always. Never had this much of a problem.. when you order online when you pick it up it then shows ur points.. well mine showed before pick up . Get there an well less than half my order it setting there an when I said I ordered more was told no that was it.. so my 66.49 was 2 loaded chicken fettuccine Alfredo with extra chicken an broccoli bacon an cheese with a house salad two bread sticks an 2 strawberry lemon ice drink, another loaded chicken fettuccine Alfredo with cheese a silver of pizza an strawberry lemon ice drink an two bread sticks.. a kids pizza with two bread sticks an strawberry lemon ice drink.. an 6 extra bread sticks.. my normal order same thing every time.. after arguing with the worker an showing my online order still didn't get everything right..the portion of the food I always get was only half the size.. for the same price I payed a few weeks ago for the same thing... So definitely will be going back to the other one even tho it's farther away but at least I will get what I pay for! So dissatisfied with this location now! If I have proof of my own order I should not have to argue about what was left out!!!

First time ever trying Fazolis and it is amazing. Pesto chicken bowl and breadsticks will not disappoint! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Enjoyed our meal. Sara was very pleasant and conscientious about making sure we and the other customers had everything we needed.
