Very slow and outdated internet at an extremely unreasonable price.. If there were another option for internet service in my area, I would've cancelled this service a long time ago...

I lose connectivity between 25 and 100 times a day the second it rains I have no service till it stops. Whatever third world country there customers services in they can't find my account called it doesn't times. All I want to do is cancel my service I can't talk to anybody

I am so frustrated. Im paying so much for internet. Ive been trying to change my service but the new bill I received did not reflect the changes Ive called 2 more times, each call lasting an hour, and its still not resolved. If you have any other option besides Windstream, take it.

Price started at $35 a few months later it's almost $70 a month. The customer service is fair, but they play a game by lower the level of strength as you get into the evening and it lags if not stops completely. The service of the internet is basically there but not much better than dial up if remember that. Stay away I would only recommend if it was all you could get, or I mean you would be better off with no longer internet.
