        My first insurance experience was with a small town family owned agency in southern Indiana who seemed to know everyone they dealt with personally. When I was young and apartment hopping in Louisville, I needed an agent for my car insurance. I couldn't tell you how I originally heard of Daugherty, and that's because they've been handling my insurance for nearly two decades now. Since those college days, I've moved back to southern Indiana, purchased a home, and have added home owners to the policies Daugherty has expertly handled for me. They have always given me that same small town agent feel since day one with their helpful nature, attention to detail, true concern for the customer, and how they always seem happy to help find a better deal for me if one is available. Highly recommended to anyone shopping around for an insurance agent.
