Brian Stiff may have the greatest customer service of any human or company Ive ever dealt with. He has gone above and beyond for me time and time again. Not only helping me with insurance questions but also giving me life tips and guidance on things that dont necessarily involve insurance.My dad passed four years ago and it feels like Brian has my back in the same way a father would.
I genuinely feel that he cares more for my well-being than his bottom line. I can tell you with 100% certainty, I have never felt that way with any insurance agent Ever! Brian makes you feel like you are his only client. When dealing with a personal tragedy nothing else seems to matter more than making sure that I am taken care of. He has only been my insurance agent for a little over a year but he treats me as though Ive been a lifetime client.
Lastly, and probably most importantly, this man knows insurance! In the rare time he doesnt have an answer to a question, he will follow up with you immediately with an answer.
Allstate is incredibly lucky to have a man like Brian on their team.
