        I was with USAA for over 15 plus years. State Farm was cheaper and with better customer service. I switch over EVERYTHING. (Car and homeowner) Anytime I have a question or concern I call Sha Tichenor and her team, they always reinsure me that everything will be OK. Hands down best customer service I ever had. Ill give them 6 stars if I could!

        I eventually had to switch to another insurance company but this office was great and super helpful! If it weren't for homeowners insurance and a move I'd still be with them.
