        Horrible. Just like any other insurance company. They think its funny to admit theyre screwing people over. Just had an agent tell me, without hesitation, I could go find another policy at another company. He said it knowing I was screwed no matter what. Then he told me to take it up with the president of the company. He thought that was clever. He pretty much celebrated the idea they would barely cover a third of the cost of for a roof. Absolutely thrived off talking down to a customer who is also a disabled veteran. No empathy. No sympathy. He was absolutely proud to make our lives more difficult.
