Nationwide Insurance: Perry White

They helped my mom through a really hard time when a lot of things were uncertain. Brooke was an angel through the entire process and fought to get my moms claim paid. We did end up leaving Nationwide but stayed with this agency solely because of the service we received. Occasionally would have to leave a voicemail but they would always call back promptly. They shopped us around to find a better rate and answered every question we could think of. Grateful!!!!

The service is good when you actually get someone to answer the phone. The 2 star rating is for trying to get hold of someone at the office not the quality of coverage.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. Honestly go with any other Nationwide agent you can find, or just a different insurance provider altogether. Was a customer for over 10 years and they cancelled my auto policy without any written, electronic, or verbal notice whatsoever, leaving us unknowingly completely uninsured for almost 2 months. To make things worse, we learned this while on a 2.5 week cross-country road trip which you can imagine was an extremely unsettling discovery to make in that situation for a lot of reasons. Luckily we were able to obtain a new policy with a different provider almost immediately, but things could have been very bad if we had gotten into an accident on that trip. Don't waste your time, money, or your family's safety with Perry White's agency. They will leave you completely uncovered with absolutely ZERO notice or explanation. We now have better coverage from a much better provider for 40% less than we were paying this criminal. If you're looking for a new provider look literally anywhere else than here. If you're a current customer shop around and you'll definitely find a better rate and you'll be much better taken care of as a customer.
