        Comfortable room and bed. Service in restaurants is excellent. Special complement for Mary, waitress in the restaurant, who went out of way to sprint after a customer that left their bag at her table. Outstanding customer service!

        We stayed this past weekend. There was no notice that there was construction when we booked back in October. When we got there they placed us in a room that smelled, stained bedding, spider webs, torn furniture for $400 a night. When we demanded a room they were not very accommodating. Told them I wouldnt let me dog sleep in that room. On Sunday night the kitchen closes so a group of other families ordered pizza and ate in the dining area. They told us this was not allowed, they were rude and not accommodating. I asked to speak to the Director and they said they were in a meeting and would call me and they never did. I strongly recommend NOT staying here. Horrible, worst hotel experience. Rooms: Completely awful Food & drinks: Close early and their snack area is very minimal Noteworthy details: Worst experience at a hotel.
