Staff was nice. The breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The room overall was ok and it clean. However the service and staff was not good. I made the reservation online and picked the pay at location. I get a call from Pat tryna take payment over the phone stating that if I didnt I would lose my reservation. I know all hotels are different but Ive worked and have booked plenty of hotels and never had this done to me. My reservation was for 2nights and after the first night I get a wake-up call from front desk about checking out. Then someone comes to my room tryna use a key to get in after I already told front desk we still have another night.Then tried using key to get in the side door and that did not work. Told front desk and she states oh yeah the battery needs to be changed. So you didnt think to tell us that when we came and explained what was going on. Then I asked for towels and was told they would be brought to us and of course it never happened. Then on top of everything the tv stopped working the first night there. I would not recommend this hotel. The only reason I have two stars is cause the room was clean.
