Prompt and professional in terms of demeanor, but unfortunately when it comes to actual inspections, I wouldnt recommend. Recently performed a home inspection for us but missed a faulty dishwasher (motor fried, had to be replaced immediately) and a faulty fireplace, costing us $$$. When notified of the issues the response we got was an oh, well not bothered at all. Would look elsewhere for your home inspection.

Although the inspection included lots of little things, many of which were easily repaired, fixed, remedied, or eliminated, there was a VERY BIG problem that was a glaring one: a >40' tree planted within 4 feet of the back wall in front of the main bathroom window/tub/toilet/sink. There was NO mention of the tree, which has become a prohibitive nightmare, causing a broken drain pipeline, and necessitating the removal of the tree and removal of the tree stump and root system. The co$t is an exorbitant dilemma that could have been avoided, if only the Garr Home Inspections service had been more thorough, more efficient, observant, and professional. We perfectly understand that inspecting a home cannot possibly predict, nor prevent any/all mishaps and inconveniences, but a >40' tree, within such a very short distance from the foundation of the house, SHOULD have been duly noted with a warning and highlighted as a probable/potential hazard and cause for immediate concern! It was NOT and therefore this is NOT the end of our complaint and legal action against Garr Home Inspections.
