        This is the worst Doctor's care facility I have ever dealt with. First, they never ask you when you want the Doctor to visit. They call you on a Thursday or Friday and warn you that the Doctor will be there on Monday between 8 am and noon. Monday is out of the question for me due to other obligations but if you call and ask for a change they never answer the phone. So you leave a voicemail and then they just schedule for another Monday a few weeks down the road. I'm not sure they even work any other day because they never answer their phones. My doctor finally gave me his direct cell number and I was very grateful to him. Had blood work done a few times and went to hospital for other tests and the Doctor could not get results for many weeks. He even called in to the office many times and they never knew what was going on. Then, the billing issues. Sometimes double bills. Sometimes billed for months after payment check has already been cashed and again no one answers the phone. Then they fired my Doctor and sent me notice of some other Doctor being fired and just canceling my service, telling me to go elsewhere. I still have yet to talk to them and I will be in serious trouble with out my MEDs. Good Luck if you get stuck with this unacceptable service that Abode Care Partners provides.
