Isis, you worked with us from April 2022 to September 2022 - I only ever heard good things about you from clients and office staff. Home care is usually part-time but it offers very flexible hours. We do pay time and a half for working holidays. When assignments are further to drive, we always add to the pay rate. We have health insurance, dental, vision, etc available to all caregivers. When you were here, you averaged 25 hours per week. You notified us you were leaving on September 30, 2022 for reasons that were not related to the job. I don't understand why you left us a review like this 18 months after leaving the company? Our records show COVID was still a big problem and you had some car trouble, but I never knew you were unhappy. We were hoping you would come back at the end of a period of leave. I wish you would call me personally and tell me what may have happened to make you feel this way.
