Warren is always helpful and patient helping me figure out part numbers and orders. Sometimes I do have to wait a while to be helped, but that is because they are helping people like me figure things out. In any case, this is my go to spot for hardware!

I would give a good rating for the selection, however today was one of the worst experiences Ive had with customer service. The lady working told me she couldnt make recommendations, because they have had too many people complain after theyve taken their advice. Okay, then why did she make recommendations to the next customer? And when I asked about the price, she told me my contractor would need to get the price, because if hes registered with them then he can get a better price. Okay, but Im the one paying and youve given me absolutely no where to start. Nada. Im the customer. NOT the contractor! Beyond ridiculous. Im sure you will be fine without my business. Good thing. Because you wont have it. Find a salesperson who will actually smile at your customers. And a desire to be helpful is always a big plus.
