Ordered gray flooring.Installers brought yellow flooring Had it rolled out about to glue when I came around the corner and I said. I ordered a gray floor, thats not it . They left and I called the office and was told it wasnt their fault and they would have to re order. They didnt check the floor prior to delivery. I waited over a week with subfloor only. I asked for a discount and the man was rude on the phone and said its not his fault. This company accepts no responsibility for its mistakes. Offers no discount, gift card or anything for customers inconvenience. A bad experience.

Good quality work, but the quantity of tile was over order by nearly 72 square feet. They were only hired to tile a single average sized kitchen so this was excessive. Kinnairds would not take the tile back so I had to pay for it.

Met with Donna in Jan had a special order made for basement in Palmyra in great selections in stock at Poplar level location in stock remnants 23 ft 15 ft had secondary company they work with to seam like area rug also good work don't waste your time going any where else.
