Edible Arrangements

It's only been 3 days. My husband sent me an edible arrangement for our anniversary. It did not even last 3 days In the fridge it has wilted and got mold on it.

IS MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY! I thought it will be good idea to send to his office something special for him and his staff. SO, Today I didnt have a good experience in Edible Arrangements. I went to the store 11314 Maple Brook, Dr. Louisville, KY. I was there at 8:45 am, the door was open, when I was inside, two ladies came out the kitchen and the oldest one, said, very rude, we are not open yet, I said the door is open and it doesnt have your hours operation. She saw her watch and said, very rude, we are open at 9, and looks like she was not happy to see people at that time. A few seconds later, because I was telling her that the door was open, and not hours operation, she told to the young lady and a bad manners, to see what I want, and she went back to the kitchen, (SHE HAD A BAD ACTTITUDE). At that point, I was thinking, I can go online to order, and avoid this bad customer service. I do understand if they were not ready to take any orders, but the door should be closed, or have to have hours operation, also and very important be nice with customers if you work with them. So, I decided, not to order in the store and not to order online, so I ordered from different company that has a professional customer service.
