Alex Framing & Roofing

I have several projects for alex framing and roofing,and was looking forward to experiencing their services., but after many calls and leaving messages, with no responses back. I have determined that alex is not very good at customer relations,and just really not a true proffessional.as to make another person feel that they did something offensive to be ghosted by his company is very insulting in itself.anyone being of sincere integrity would explain . This is very disappointing.

But after having the wonderful experience of working with Alex, on multiple projects, I must say, (Top Framer in Louisville), that could very well be an understatement. I have used Alex on several occasions for the upkeep of my roof. He has proven to be a professional in every case. He is dependable, courteous and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and his quality of work to anyone in need of roofing repairs or an entire roof.

Came up next to me on the Watterson then proceeded to come into my lane for a lane change. My driver side window was right next to his passenger side window, I laid on the horn, didn't stop him so I proceeded to slow down and let him in front of me while still laying on my horn. Once he was in front of me he sped up from 60mph to 70+ then I watched him do the same thing to cars in the lane right of me , this time squeezing in between (on top of) 2 cars that were very close together. The way he was driving seemed like he was drunk or under some kind of influence due to his erratic movements. He then exited the Watterson at Bardstown road abruptly. I'd be worried, if he worked on my roof, he'd fall off drunk. Definitely check for proper insurance and licensing before hiring.
