Was told someone needed to be home between 12-4 for a delivery. Took off work to be here. Was called at 12 and told a driver called in so they wouldn't be delivering my treadmill. Offered to deliver it 5 days later (so now I'm waiting another week to get something I paid a huge amount for) and when I explained I had no more days off this year was told they could just leave it on my porch. When I explained I took off work they didn't care at all. Very poor service.

While the delivery was two days later than expected, the delivery driver was polite snd professional.

As a truck driver, don't expect fast service checking in. Clerk takes their time before helping you. You must stand there and wait until you get helped out.
As for forklift operations, they seem to do a fairly good job. Pleased with their service.
