Allison's flooring is awesome. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and will help you any way he can. Prompt to answer questions. Very dependable, trustworthy, good job, and affordable. UPDATE:: they did such a good job with my basement had them come back and do the upstairs. It came out 96% awesome, they had to come back and put the piece back on the top of the stairs. Notice the nice red shoe molding and toe kicks. We spent 3 months picking out flooring, we wanted no red tints. He did provide us with a solution though. We could go sand them and restain them. Lol. We can look at the kitchen island to remind us what the old toe kicks look like, or look at the other side of it to see what it looks like with no toe kicks. They left plenty of expansion room around the appliances. We get to look forward to sliding the flooring back under the wall in the hallway every couple days. We play a game to see who can find the pencil marks left behind and clean them up. It's always a delight when you find them and also notice the sub floor is showing. The newest game is to guess when the next piece of shoe molding will need another nail as they pop off. The best part was taking the shop vacuum to the vents and getting all the pieces out that were swept into them. Wish he had a longer hose those can still hear pieces rattle when the AC/ heater fan turns on.

Jeremy was very professional and the insulation meeting. I took care of all the concerns that we had about wood flooring and answered all questions. His crew work very late and hard and got the job done on time .I would recommend them floors look great. I had one issue that was addressed and never taken care of. This issue has been addressed and very professionally taken care of thanks to Robert and Jeremy I would recommend Allison flooring. UPDATE after a little over a year the floors are starting to come separated was previously fixed and they are coming apart. Have made attempts to call and speak to someone about them and cannot get a call back. Was told that the x on the flooring we're breaking on the previews fix. It looks pretty bad and it's getting worse. With this knowledge I would not recommend the installation of tile being put down. We'll update this if I get any information about repairs. Yes I spent a lot of money on these floors and they're coming apart only after a year this does not make me happy
