I was pretty sick yesterday and couldnt find an appointment anywhere. All of the immediate care centers were completely full. My regular provider at NCMA was also full. But they were able to squeeze me in with another provider. Deanna Valdivia was so friendly and empathetic, as was her medical assistant. Exactly what I needed when I felt so ill. The care this office provides is always outstanding. Thank you!

Dr. Dotson is the best internist I have ever had. She is very thorough and treats you like a friend. So glad I found her. The check-in staff are always friendly and quick to check you in.

This review goes for suite 420 lab The personal is not qualified to be on a laboratory taking blood samples. I went there this past Thursday 22nd of September 2022 and the lady who took my blood left a huge bruise on my arm, painful. I even told her that nobody ever before have taken blood from my left vein on my right arm since is very blue and notorious, everyone always uses the middle vein. She told me it didnt matter but it did, she did a terrible job and she was shaking too much. I dont think she should be working on a lab to take blood samples if she cant stay still. My veins are very nice and blue, it wasnt a hard job, Im skinny. You could see my veins perfectly. First time I ever got a bruise from someone who works on a lab. She must be really bad at her job or too new to be taking my blood. Not even the practitioners at UofL have done such a bad job. Completely unhappy about this.
