I wish I could give this Lady bcuz I can’t call her a Dr an 0 star she left me without my medications for 2 months didn’t want to refill them until she’ll see me in 2 months even though I had a follow up appointment my question is this legal ? I wish someone in Norton hospital could see hers reviews here and take action her assistant is even worse and careless

I’ve been trying to get a prescription for prenatal vitamins filled by OptumRX since July 2021 (it’s now Oct) and Dr. Tucker’s LPN, Mary H, flat out refused via MyChart to call a simple 800 number for the insurance to add an accurate diagnosis to my script so it could be approved; after 10+ messages back and forth she actually said “get another dr to prescribe this;” I saw Dr Tucker, I paid Dr Tucker, Dr Tucker wrote my prescription and now will not follow thru with calling a simple 1-800 line only for doctor’s offices, with a 15 second wait time, to add an accurate diagnostic code so the vitamins can get approved?!! OMG this isn’t even a narcotic!! DO NOT GO TO DR TUCKER or this could be you!!!

Allison Tucker is the best primary care physician you could ask for. She has to deal with fasting grumpy know-it-alls like me and still keep smiling. She genuinely wants to help and her advice when taken will improve your life. She is a great listener that never gives up trying to improve your health no matter what you throw at her. I hope she will continue to help me improve.

Be warned, during an annual physical, Dr. Tucker will ask you generalized questions about your health that can lead to additional charges not fully covered by your insurance. You will be responsible for paying those additional charges for simply answering her questions. No notice of these additional charges will be mentioned, they will just be billed to you. Besides the unexpected cost of meeting Dr. Tucker, she is great at giving medical advice.

I have been seeing Dr. tucker for about 5 yrs. now and couldn't be happier. I have an autoimmune disease and in the past, I felt uncomfortable with my pcp's diagnosing and prescribing me that would interact with my condition or other meds. Dr. Tucker seems to be very proactive and doesn't hesitate to explain things. I really appreciate the care I receive from both Her, and Mary Catherine.
