        I dropped off my kids tennis shoes to be dry cleaned. I took almost 2 months to get them back. The only reason that I got them back then is because I filled a claim to have them pay me for the shoes they lost. Not only did it take that long but they were still dirty when I got them back. The only good thing was how hard the manager fought to get them back for me. Otherwise I will probably never come back and recommend others do not use nu Yale

        Brought in a skirt to be for an alteration. To remove/ take off 6 inches from the bottom, although I was charged for the alteration, no alteration was done.
