CVS

My prescription has been in process for over two weeks. I need this medication to function. Very disappointing. Edit/update: March 2024, it looks like this cvs is making an effort to do better. My doctor accidentally sent my prescription back to this CVS after I had transferred it to another one, and the service was notably better.

Has gone down the drain from what it uses to be. The pharmacy makes excuses, delays regular refills, and one pharmacist tried to rudely and unprofessionally dictate to me about my long standing scrip. Run away fast!

Was going through the self checkout. The Cashier finished her customer and walk away sat down in the Photo looking at her phone. Never came to help me/ she just kept looking at her phone. I cancel my Transaction. Customer service is so important . Several months ago, when the pharmacy was closed on the inside. I was being helped, and gentleman checking out. He told me I better go to another CVS because they just dont have the help. I want to use this CVS because its close to my home.

I am waiting for somebody to pick up my he phone so I can cancel an incorrect pharmacy refill. All retail establishments should increase minimum wage to $20/- so that they can be motivated to pick up the phone . I found such exceptional service at all retail stores in Lou ky.This the third day that I am contacting the store to cancel a prescription I did not order.Happy holidays.
