I really like my doctors here but found the girl who checked me in to be quite rude and unfriendly. That has not been my experience in previous appointments. Then I waited in an examination room for an hour before just leaving to go to work. I never did see the Dr.

Absolutely the most unprofessional people we have ever encountered. The very first appointment they some how had a mailing address that was over 20 years old. We have not lived there for that long. Have never used that address for any medical records. They could not tell us how they got that information. We updated the address and assumed it was fixed. As we left they handed us a packet of papers explaining what was done that day. When we got home and began to review the doctor's notes we discovered that half of the chart belonged to another patient and had all of their personal information listed. When we called to let them know about it they acted like it was no big deal and brushed it off. A few days later they sent us a text message for a follow up appointment that they wanted us to come to in three days. We already had other things scheduled, so we immediately called to set up another date and time. Once again, when I called, they had the outdated mailing information. When I asked to speak to someone regarding the issue they acted, again, as if it were no big deal, "we'll fix it". We proceeded to reschedule the appointment and assumed everything was ok. Today we went to the appointment. Upon arrival they asked why we didn't have the MRI done a few weeks ago. We did not know what they were referring to. Allegedly they mailed us a letter with a separate MRI appointment. WE NEVER RECIEVED IT. On our way home, a very rude man called to give us an appointment for another MRI. At that point he became extremely hateful and said, "are you going to go to this appointment or just throw it in the trash again?" We explained that we never received a paper and did not know about appointment because they probably mailed it to the wrong address AGAIN. At that point the man became even more hateful and we told them to just cancel any future appointments because we will not be back. There was no reason to be hateful and rude, especially when we never said a cross word. Regardless, if someone misses an appointment, the staff should remain professional and understand that things can happen. They apparently cannot keep records.

This office has VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! I had surgery on May 26th, 2021. I called my refill for my pain medication in on June 1st!! I have yet to receive my medication and I've been out since June 2nd(6 days)!! I've never been in so much pain and I've never, ever experienced this kind of customer service from any physicians office!!
