Worst experience I ever had with a dentist. I came in with a pain of 15 on a scale from one to ten. Doctor comes in numbs my mouth waits about 20 mins comes back to extract the tooth and I instantly felt the pain. She stopped to add more numbing medicine then proceeded to take the tooth out. Upon leaving I was given nothing. No aftercare instructions , no gauze , nothing. About an hour and a half goes by I call to see if she sent anything to my pharmacy nothing was sent so I tell them Im in more pain than I was when I came in and its getting worse the more the numbing medicine is wearing off. First they hang up on me several times. So I come in seeing if she sent something else the lady Patricia tells me people are letting them take out ALL of their teeth with just Motrin. Theres no way. She then proceeds to tell me to go to the emergency room for another bill. Ive never had a tooth taken out nor heard of anyone getting a tooth taken out without having something for the pain that works for them. I brought in my prescriptions for ibuprofen 600 and acetaminophen 325mg Im taking two ibuprofen 600s and two 325s the doctor sends a prescription for ibuprofen 800 after I just told her Im taking two so 1200 mg it doesnt help me I was takin both before I got the tooth pulled but it did nothing for me Ive tried all the remedies and nothing is helping. Sat in my car and cried because thats the only option I had. When I left initially after havin my tooth pulled I was given nothing it wasnt until I came back after being hung up on numerous times and ASKED for gauze that I was given aftercare instructions. No empathy was shown no humanism just robotic beings. Being forced to just deal with unbearable pain is unprofessional and goes against the oath of do no harm. If I could give them a negative I would.
