I got my tooth extracted here in January 2024 by Doctor Pape and it was one of the worst experiences of my life.
To be fair, going in, I thought it would be like a root canal and was not prepared for the amount of pain involved or the methods used to extract teeth. I understand that any kind of oral surgery is already going to be rough, but I felt like there was a lot he couldve done to make it better.
During the surgery, he didnt prepare me or offer me any explanations of what he was doing; he just came at my tooth with large drills and metal instruments to crack it and then pry it out of my gums. He had to hold my face down with one hand while digging out my tooth with the other, and maybe this is standard procedure, but it wouldve greatly helped if he told me what he was about to do since Ive never had a tooth extracted before. One time his metal instrument even slipped and nicked my upper gums. No explanations, no apology, no checking to see if I was ok. I was obviously really tense and nervous and upset but neither he nor his assistant (who was helping to hold my head down) ever checked to see if I was ok. He even seemed annoyed when I asked twice for more novocaine (because I could still feel the pain). The assistant rushed through the post-op instructions (which are SUPER important to ensure you dont get dry socket).
Again, I know tooth extractions are rough, but I think a kind demeanor and some clear explanations of what he was about to do before he did it wouldve done a lot towards making it a less traumatic experience. Ive had a lot of work done on my teeth in my life and I hate to leave a bad review (maybe he was just having a bad day?) but this was THE worst dental experience Ive ever had.
(To clarify: he did get the tooth out, and it healed ok, so this review is not about his competency but about his bedside manner and the overall experience as a whole)

Paid for anesthetic so I could sleep during the surgery. Woke up during the surgery in extreme pain. I was sent out the door with only enough pain meds for two days and little-to-no instruction for how to properly care during recovery. Staff doesn't call back when you call with questions. Each person handles a different area and trying to get through to the correct person is extremely frustrating as a patient. My recommendation is to find somewhere else, worst experience I've ever had.

Had a broken wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Sivori this afternoon. No pain, none during the process. Took a bit of work to get the tooth out because I am a 59 year old guy and it was in there tight, think they said 4 roots. But the shots were well placed and sufficient to block the nerves.
Dr. Sivori Is a professional and a nice person to talk to as well. He explained what he was going to do and set about doing it quickly as well after he was sure I was numb.
Staff was very good and explained the whole after procedure care very well. Danielle also made me feel at ease during the anticipation anxiety at the beginning of the visit.
While I would prefer not to have tooth extraction done, because it is a little messy and a little scary, if I ever need it again on another tooth this is the guy.
No swelling, bleeding ended after about 4 hours, no bruising inside or out so it was well done. Ibuprofen is handling the pain so obviously very little collateral tissue damage. Also received a script for a few stronger pain meds just in case.
I would give them 6 stars if I could.
