Ive always had a great experience with this office. Until recently...
Update: I went to the office to receive a filing for molar that Frazier line near gums on molar 19. After the initial filling I told them about the pain and they told it could be swelling. Next appointment after that they told me its nothing they could do - despite that they shaved my enamel down and recommended removing my tooth or root canal. No actually communication with the doctor to repaired which was told they could do nothing about it. Other teeth that I was supposed to have repaired I was always sent home after arriving 15 mins later. Wasted my time and currently in pain because of the lack of communication. Have been with shawnee since Dr. Duncan who was the best - But it feels like your unheard in the dental office.

The dentist and the assistants are wonderful to work with and very informative on procedures and what to expect afterwards !
