        I called the office this morning and was given an urgent work in same day appointment. I was not prepared with my dental insurance information, and Della at the front desk went above and beyond with helping me. She was very patient with me, always courteous and possesses excellent customer service skills that unfortunately are a rarity these days. Dr Grafs clinical asst is a gem, always sweet. Dr Graf himself examined me, reviewed my x-rays and came up with a game plan. My total time spent in the office was 50 minutes allowing me to return to work quickly.         The whole staff is wonderful. I had a horrible toothache and Dr. Graf answered my email after hours and he got me in quickly. Very honest, direct and kind. You dont get people like that anymore!
