        Called to make an appointment and they got me one fast. The only problem is the receptionist told me the appointment was for 1pm and it was scheduled for 1:30. I ride the bus so I can't just go home. So I now have to stand outside in 32° weather and wait on them to unlock the doors. Very unprofessional.
