Kentuckiana Oral Maxillofacial & Dental Implant Surgery

Originally I would have gave this place a good review. After my surgery the bottom right side right side of my mouth has been numb. At first I thought it was normal. So I gave it about 2 weeks because the of what pamphlet suggested. It suggested that I may feel numb for a little bit. It's probably been a little over a month since I had my surgery. I have tried to contact them twice to see if it's normal. Obviously I'm a little worried it might be permanent. It does effect me. For example it's hard to tell how hard to chew something. It's hard to determine how hard to press a drink to my lips so water doesn't fall out. So I called them twice to try and find out if it's normal or not. I feel like that's reasonable. I have called twice and no one has got back with me yet. Even though I was told twice they would get back with me. Perhaps this review will help me receive a call back.

Best oral surgeons around! They are professional, and kind! The office is super clean! Will recommend to everyone!

The ladies in this office has a very nasty attitude. Saying I needed to be at the appointment at 1 when the appointment is 115. Showed up a little late and they said they will not accept my son because the doctor works half day. Also saying all the information was not handed in when I know the referring practice faxed it in. It sounds more like they would much rather use more botox and be lazy loafers than do a job they are paid to do. Their final words are "Go somewhere else then, your son is dismissed from here!" Unprofessional attitudes all around. If Dr. Allen is willing to dismiss a patient that is 14 and not even talk to the parent, but allow your front desk staff talk to your potential patients how they did, you are allowing them to let money walk out the door. It looks as though you are dismissing the wrong people. I would definitely advise you to look else where because this guy is not in this work for love of helping people. He is more greedy about filling his bank account.

This group is an excellent group. I have had several oral surgeries and my oral surgeons have given me the best care.
