Community Dental Care of Kentucky - Louisville

Truly one of the best dental facilities. All dental work I’ve had done here has been of extreme quality. Dentist, Dr. Martino, and all of staff were extremely caring, efficient, timely, knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. They were very accommodating to setting appointments that align with your schedule and accept Medicaid insurance as well as many other plans. The facility was very clean and child friendly. I would strongly recommend the Community Dental Care Clinic on Taylor Blvd.

I just called this office to set up an emergency appointment for my boyfriend. And the woman that answered the phone was very rude and has absolutely no compassion at all!! They do NOT do emergency appointments even tho the website and the overview says they do!!! I would NEVER go to this office!!!!

Poor experience. Called as a new patient and had to give my social security number to even get an appointment. Was pre-screened by a doctor and questioned over and over again on my level of pain as if I wasnt in pain. Odd, but, ok. I was told I would get a third phone call to schedule an appointment 10 minutes later. That call never happened. Called back a couple days later and was given no explanation or apologies, opted to have then remove my information.
