This lady Vicky was very rude to a paralyzed woman, what made her tell that young lady if she could drive she could walk and when she asked her name, she was told to walk in and get it. Soo unprofessional

Went into my local Thornton's were I get my gas, lottery, etc.....when I got to the counter one of the employees started verbally attacking me and the manager was right next to her making a money drop. The girl attacked and I had no idea she was upset with me til this incident. Said I disrespected her by putting my dollar bill on the counter. She said I throw it. It's a dollar bill. Anyway I know pretty much most of the employees by name and was shocked I apologized and moved to a different employee. Can't believe the manager who I know as well by name didn't say a word. The girl kept on asi walked out the door.

Its a shame how your employee name Vicki doesn't understand the policy on helping someone whose handicap. As a company your job is to educate your employees on the ADA rules when it comes to helping handicapped individuals and I hope to God that Vicki didn't help this young lady because she was a person of color.

I shop at the thorntons in westmont IL there is a new employee named Chris a lady who has been there about 3 months when I go in to buy lottery tickets I always have trouble with her one day she told me she could not ring up lottery tickets and then rang up the lady behind me for tickets then she said she couldn't sell lottery cause she didn't know how but she sold tickets to others I went into the store today to buy tickets and she watched me come in and fill out the ticket and when I gave it to her she said lottery was down I asked her why didn't you tell me when I came in and started filling out my ticket she laughed and said I didn't see you my son was there and said she was looking at you the whole time I asked her to speak to the manager she said she left already I told her I was going to report her to corporate she said so
