TWO EXPERIENCES!! BOTH EXCEPTIONAL!! Deck Rebuild, 4 months later a Fence Rebuild!! Experience #1 CR Builders completed the work on my deck. I had a contractor who was nothing more than a scam and made a large mess out of my home, my yard and destroyed my deck. CR Builders came to my home and turned a horrible situation into a wonderful new deck for me to enjoy. The team was friendly, helpful, and placed my satisfaction as a priority. They worked hard to save as much of the material as possible from the previous joke of a contractor and repaired what he had destroyed. The workmanship was good. I had one issue two months after the job was complete and Maykel came THAT DAY to look at the problem and took care of it two days later. He placed my happiness and the quality of the job at the top of his priority list. He cares about not only his work but his customer. He does honest business and communicates the entire time with you and addresses any concerns. Maykel is fully licensed, was endorsed by Home Depot, and was very competitively priced. I HIGHLY recommend Maykel and CR Builders because the work they did was excellent and the service was amazing. They made sure all was to code and provided a great product and a good experience. I will be hiring them for future projects since they do everything from fences to basements to bathrooms and kitchens. A contractor who cares is difficult to find and I am happy that I found these guys. Thank you for an great experience! Experience #2 I had the privilege to hire Maykel and CR Builders a second time this year. This project was for our neighborhood boundary fence. The existing fence is older and was damaged during a recent storm. We lost several sections and pickets causing sections to be replaced, panels to be reattached, and panels to be repaired. Maykel and his team demolished the broken areas of fence, cleared the debris, cleared storm damaged branches, and did an amazing job. (Keep in mind this is an eight foot tall, few thousand foot long fence for an entire neighborhood.) They installed several new posts, built by hand entire sections of the fence, and repaired parts of the existing older fence that had broken sections or missing/broken pickets. They did an exceptional job on everything! I was pleased. Our board was pleased. Most importantly, our neighborhood seemed pleased. Maykel and his team worked fast, did a very good quality job, and made extra time to do a walk thru after the project was done to answer questions. They showed up as expected, always had a great attitude, were exceptionally kind and polite, and just delivered a great experience. What was very valuable is Maykel shared a great deal of knowledge about the life remaining in the current fence and for the life in the sections he repaired. He took a great deal of his time to talk with our neighborhood board and helped give us great insight as to options to consider with repairing the fence, replacing the fence, and foresight for when the entire fence is replaced. There was never a sales push to drive up the cost. There was always open and honest communication. They did an amazing job, delivered great quality, and gave a wonderful experience. Again, two jobs with these gentlemen and I would recommend Maykel and CR Builders to anyone without hesitation. Service: Deck construction

Maykel and his team were fantastic. We worked with him on a complete guest suite remodel, including bathroom (moving walls + pipes, full demo, etc), new stairs, walls, etc, and various painting/carpentry in other areas of the house. He kept *US* on time, and delivered excellent work across the board (even working weekends and evenings we added scope to the job). He went above and beyond, with great communication and creative solutions. Very detail oriented and reliable. We look forward to working with him again soon. Maykel finished my basement and did a fantastic job!! He is very detail oriented and does everything possible to make your vision come to life. Our basement is better than I imagined! If you need him , he is available. He gives very personalized service. I highly recommend him and his company!!!
