We did some work for Elder last year and it was professionally handled from start to finish. Paid in a timely manner and constant communication between the superintendent and myself the entire length of the job.

My company subcontracted with them and the communication was good and payments were on time. This job went smoothly and was a complete success for the customer and all involved. I would recommend them at any time and am more than willing to work with them again.

Elder Construction is a wonderful Company, We have worked for them on two different projects, one being a Hotel and the other being a Strip Mall, We worked under them as a subcontractor and the communication between them and our company was impeccable, any questions or concerns we had during the entire process were answered in a timely manner, payments were made as scheduled and we would 100% work for them again and again. When we first started with them we had concerns as previous reviews have posted about not being paid, They forgot to leave out that they were not paid because they did not finish their job as specified in the contract. We have had NO COMPLAINTS in this area whatsoever. Elder actually paid us ahead of time for materials, to ensure it didnt have to come out of our pocket.
