Jeff Smith and his team are super helpful and skilled at what they do. They went above and beyond to do an amazing job with a full attic renovation (insulation, all new plumbing, and electrical, etc) at my parent's house. We loved them so much, we wanted to use them for our smaller kitchen re-do project. They were very forthright in replying to us quickly, saying that our specific goals were not their specialty, then directing us toward who would be a better fit for our smaller project. We love the folks at Redsmith and highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience working with RedSmith Construction to renovate our midcentury Highlands-area home. They skillfully executed our architects plan to combine our office with an existing bedroom and bathroom to create a stunning, spacious, and modern master suite. The results exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. RedSmith and their team of excellent subcontractors demonstrated professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to quality work and materials throughout the project. The work was completed on time and within our budget. We now have a beautiful master suite that has truly transformed our home. One of the standout features of working with RedSmith was having one of their principles, Jay, on site for much of the project. This direct involvement led to excellent coordination with the subcontractors and keeping the project moving forward quickly. Jay's presence and accessibility ensured that things ran smoothly and allowed him to promptly answer any of our questions or concerns. The level of hands-on commitment from RedSmith was outstanding. Another highlight was the outstanding service provided by RedSmiths in-house design team of Kristal and Caitlin. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping us make informed decisions about the look and finish of the cabinetry, tilework, hardware, and paint choices for our project well in advance. This foresight ensured that all the necessary materials were timely ordered and ready by the start of the project. [2023 Update] To no great surprise, everything is still great. In the last 5 years, we've had to change 1 light bulb and there haven't been any issues with anything. [2020 Update] We're 2 years in now and we're still unbelievably happy with this kitchen. There was one cabinet door that had a screw come loose and they sent guys out to replace _all_ of the screws! [Original Review] These folks are simply the best. They built our garage 10 years ago and just finished a major kitchen remodel. They were so helpful during the design phase of the kitchen. They made sure we got all of the features we wanted while helping avoid potential design flaws we hadn't thought about. The construction phase was also fantastic. They were ahead of schedule the entire time and the end result is beyond our wildest dreams.
