My wife and I had a very unprofessional experience with Louisville Concrete & Epoxy. They forgot about our scheduled appointment to grind and seal our basement floors and they ended up canceling our contract the day before they were scheduled to complete the work. Then, they refused to give us back our full deposit saying we had to pay for the cost of the cashiers check that was mailed to us (something we did not request). Admittedly, it was not a lot of money ($10) but when I called to ask about the difference and requested a full refund I was quickly meet with hostility and the conversation ended with the other person on the phone (I believe is actually the owner or one of the owners) calling me a couple of different curse words and then hung up. At no point in the conversation did I curse at him, insult him, or raise my voice. From reading other reviews, it appears when things go well Louisville Concrete and Epoxy does fine work (which is what made this experience so bizarre) however, in our experience when they make a mistake, they will not take responsibility and acted in a completely unprofessional manner once I was no longer a potential customer.

Left message 2 days in a row and used the online contact form. No return call. Communication seems to be an issue. I was hoping to get a quote as they look to be located just a few minutes from our business. I guess not. Still open to doing business.
