The best company ever, thank god I assigned the job to them. I had my basement apartment units waterproofed and installed two new sump pumps. Tobi and his team did amazing job, they arrived on time and finished the work within the time frame they had estimated. I am surprised by their professionalism and clean work and I think they are reasonable in price too. I would hire them again if I need to for my other basement waterproofing needs.

I felt that the quote I was given for the scope of work was very fair. They were timely, listened, and professional. The crew had a rather large job and they worked diligently, asked for my perspective at points, and were very pleasant to deal with. When you trust a job, your feel confident in the product delivered- I felt Highland provided excellent work!

Having just had just about every trade represented in our house overhaul these last 3 months I can say with great conviction that these guys were great! I admit I am a picky craftsman, having built high-end custom furniture for a very detail oriented clientele for many years. It is not uncommon. for me to perform the "punch list" (final items and details needed to close out a job) myself, often reworking fit and finish details that simply were not done well. Not the case with HBW, these guys worked steady, focused and with an eye for detail and finish. You may be impressed with the breakneck speeds of other crews, but look carefully at the finished product and the condition in which they leave your home. The price for their work was very fair, it was bid with time built in so the guys could do this agonizing work at a reasonable pace and not feel like they had to compromise quality. The crew was kind enough to leave me a few supplies for a job I was working on and they were conscientious and friendly through the entire process. The warranty is a big seller as well, lifetime for the life of the structure. Check other warranties for conditions of "lifetime" warranties that are only transferrable to one new owner, often with an unrealistic transfer timetable (30 days from transfer of title.) It is always wise to get 3 bids, but I am VERY HAPPY to have made the decision to go with HBW!!

I wish I had another basement to waterproof! They were half the cost and 10x better than a local competitor. Quick turnaround, cleaned up meticulously, work looks great.
