        My experience was not good. I was not impressed with their cigar collection and their walk in humidor doors were wide open. Every box of cigars inside the walk in humidor was covered in this disgusting white dust that I was able to scrape off with my finger. The lady clerk said that it was caused by calcium deposits from their humidor and thats why they keep the cigar boxes shut. The clerk seemed appalled when I mentioned it and said, we do believe in dusting, thank you very much. It was gross and I couldnt bring myself to buy any of their product. Ill never go back.

        Stopped by Kremers on a visit from out of town. I was hoping to find a good shop to pick a few blends and maybe a new pipe or two. Kremers was exactly what I was hoping to find! This is the kind of brick-and-mortar shop that every town needs. Heres what you need to know: 1. Phenomenal tobacco selection: Common tins, house blends, and a few hard to find tobaccos too. Seriously. If they dont have it, you probably dont need it. 2. Knowledgeable & helpful staff: I had a couple of questions about a few blends, they were happy to accommodate. 3. Welcoming environment: Smoking porch, invitation to handle pipes before purchase, just super positive. Granted, this is the south and Im from the north, but still ;-) 4. Classy all around: Old school vibe without a black light or glass pipe in sight. If youre looking for a classic pipe tobacco shop, Kremers is it! Will definitely be back.

      Hmm, I apologize you had this experience somewhere, but I can't help but think you may have accidentally found the wrong business profile. We do have our cigar boxes open, and our humidor door is an automatically closing door. But I'd love for you to come in to our shop and I will be sure to help you find a cigar that suits you.
