        I actually ordered online and live in Paducah Kentucky. I have always loved purchasing my grandkids clothes online. Last fall somehow after I ordered I noticed it said I have to pick up the order at their mall store in Louisville. I contacted them. I even tried to cancel and have them shipped. I told the store direct I would pay for shipping. I went through every site I could find and asked for anyway the items could be shipped . I was left with man no, we have no provisions for that, you will have to pick up. I am a 68 year old with health problems. I could not drive 4 hours there to pick it up and they would not compromise, so I was left paying for something I could not get.

        We place an online order for the welcome to school uniforms, and school starting and things not at home yet. We are needing to go Walmart also now. If you cant accomplish deliveries on time, dont offer it. Not cool.

        Great products but I will not order online any more. They shipped me the wrong products and will not let me return the items in store for a refund since it is not what's on my receipt. The 3 different customer service reps I spoke to were all rude!
