Brittany, who works at the store at 403 W Oak Street in Louisville, KY is THE Best customer service salesperson I've ever dealt with in any business. She is always polite, professional, and most importantly she KNOWS what she is doing. I had a SIM card issue that pretty much locked up my phone. I spoke with at least 5 different employees from T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile. No one had a solution, no one had time to actually listen and sort out the issue. Brittany, however after actually listening to the customer, was able to fix the issue in about 10 minutes after my phone was down for about a week. She's not only an excellent worker in the field of cellular service, but one of the most knowledgeable people in any industry that I have done business with. She really needs to be a Trainer who travels to Metro by T-Mobile stores, because some of the people behind the counter seem uninterested or unable to actually be of any real help with complicated issues. IJS. No disrespect to any other workers at T-Mobile but this lady Brittany knows her S#!+! Peace.
