Ahmad or my helper was very helpful and helped me get my new phone. My old phone was no longer connecting to the network and it took a few minutes to figure out. He was patient and helped me get the device I needed.

I had some trouble working with Verizon online. I was on the phone for two hours and then we got disconnected. Got to the Verizon store here in Middletown and I worked with Andrew who was terrific. He got me a better deal on my phone than on the internet and was great to work with. I left paying 0 in store and got $650 off my new iPhone 15 pro max. 5 stars! Thanks for the help.

Alex was very good at explaining. My bill and what it would look like when getting a new. I'm old school and I like my expenses written out on paper and Alex did just that. Made it easy to get a new phone.

The store is helpful as always. I love my new galaxy. I upgraded after 10 years. Verizon is the best.
