        If I could give a negative star award to the store, I would. But it makes me give at least one star. Ive had nothing but issues out of the workers in the store. I went in to add my son to my plan they put me on two separate $95 plans instead of the family plan that I asked for. Anytime I have went in there. They basically told me I need to call customer care that they cant help me, funny thing is if I go to another T-Mobile store they are more than willing to help me. Not really sure what these guys here at the Baxter Avenue store getting paid for. Honestly makes me want to switch carriers completely.

        If you need a phone get it here! Chris R. was able to go above and beyond to upgrade my plan on the iPad to meet my business needs. Despite him not being directly compensated from the alteration to my plan (it was handled alongside the 641 T-Mobile operator) Chris gave me his undivided attention and was happy to help. Im happy to be a customer of T-Mobiles and recommend going to see Chris at this location for all of your future cellular needs.
