I have just purchased my sixth car from Best Buy Motors over the past 15 years, for my two sons, daughter in law, my wife and my self twice. I am in sales for a living and drive 40000 miles a year. We have never experienced any major situations or had any issues that was not handled in a quick and very professional manner, by ownership or their service department. They have a wide range of inventory for any price range, their cars are clean and well maintained inside and out! Great imports and domestic models, that their service center is always there to help and service. A One stop shop for sales and service with out the hassle of big dealership!

**UPDATE**  Following the posting of this review, the owner, Edgar, reached out to apologise directly and make it right. We chatted about the experience and as a result, I'm upping the rating to four stars due to his kindness and quick responses.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**  Went here and found a perfect car. Low mileage, great condition, (so it seemed) and in my price range. Went in to apply and that's when it got frustrating. Waited for 15 minutes... 30 minutes... 45 minutes... Finally after an hour had passed, went to check with the manager who shrugged and said he had submitted my application to two banks and it was turned down. Not being able to get financing is not the dealers fault, however, not once did I get an update other than being told it would be "just a few minutes." Why they didn't tell me the first time it declined (and asked of I'd like to keep trying instead of sitting there) I don't know. There was a half-hearted "sorry" and I was asked if I'd been told that the car had a branded title. (I had not.) The delay impacted my ability to shop elsewhere as I needed to be somewhere in the afternoon. I've never had it take so long just for an application.
