Owner of company does not honor offer letters/ contracts. Owner of company does not know how to treat employees properly instead of like property. The most disorganized company I have worked for. Would never recommend. And after things were brought to light said Owner tried to remove my review on Facebook so here we are. To be an HR consultant I wouldn't consult her @ Shaun for anything other than more ways to keep a shady business operation going.

Worse place I ever did business with. The owner says come to the office tomorrow to pick something up and when you go the next day shes out of the office for weeks. Doesnt answer emails or phone calls or texts

Amazing company working hard to make sure small business stay in compliance with Local, State, & Federal laws. Also provides low income workers with access to training & market rate jobs.

Ive had 3 separate phone interviews scheduled with Trimen, only to never be called. And when I phones them back to tell them that nobody called at the scheduled time, they'd simply reschedule, only to NOT call AGAIN. And then, weeks after the scheduled interview time, they leave voice messages askin if I'm still interested in a position with them. Why would I work for a company that can't even communicate with a potential employee? I can only imagine how bad the HR department is. How we uld I be able to even trust that their payroll would ever be right? I hope their actual service to their customers is better.
