Bums and Thieves!! Health Systems of Ky own Scottsville Manor assisted living in Scottsville Ky. They are housing more bums then people that actually need assistance. Also this place is hurting my home town, not helping. Wish our leaders would step up and get rid of this place. It is a negative on our town. Our people deserve better! Residents are allowed to yell and to get in employees faces. Residents are allowed to intimidate and bully employees. Residents are allowed to smoke weed on the premise's. Residents are allowed to bum and steal. Its not fair to the good residents that live there. Residents that are on oxygen are allowed to smoke. That makes alot of since! Residents are allowed to run the streets all hours of the nite. Creepy!! But the owners live out of town so they dont care. The owners are in it for money only. Stealing tax payers money. Shame on u!! JOE FERGUSON Shame on u!!!
