Amy, a Home Depot designer, showed up promptly and spent a considerable amount of time with my wife and I to discuss our bathroom remodeling ideas. Amy was friendly, professional and patient as she walked us through every detail of our dream bathroom. My wife has special needs and Amy addressed them flawlessly. The installers that came out to do the work were excellent. Very efficient, pleasant to work with, and cared about doing a good job. The sales rep was also very good. The job was finished in less than a day which was amazing.
My one complaint would be about the project management between signing the contract and the actual install. I had no communication whatsoever along the way about whether things were on track and on time, and had I not reached out to my sales rep I wouldn't have had any idea about when things were expected.
