Well honestly. It could be like 2.5 or 3.0 I believe the 1st 3 gentleman and Ean(sorry if misspelled seem to be very professional and have great customer base. My experience was great with Ean. Then went down a few to Manuel I believe and he was great 1st time, but second time he totally rushed to get back to hearing a colleague with his hair, sorry but that's true. Then this last time, literally said a nice fade, start with a #1 guard and work way up to a fade. I usually get top scissor cut, so can spike or lay down. What I get is a high and tight all done with clippers and comb. Looks good but not what asked for. Out of respect in front of coworkers I said yes that looks good and still tipped good as I always do. I just wish people would listen. It's so hard today for all of us to be kind and patient with others so we get the customer service that we believe is expected. Let's all be better at what we do. The respected earned just by listening makes a difference in today's world. I apologize for preaching, but we all need to hear it. Take care and may come back one day, hope to finally see Ean again.
