It's obviously too late for this to matter for people in the Louisville area, since they are closing in early August, but maybe this will help steer someone else clear of another Noah's venue. We had booked our October 5, 2019 wedding here last August. To make a long story short, we found out last week that they are closing for business and our wedding would no longer be taking place. I understand that things happen and business close for various reasons. What I don't understand is how a company can handle a situation so poorly. First, we heard rumblings on social media that the company had filed for bankruptcy back in May- without notifying anyone. Several attempts to contact them for information failed, no one was at the venue, and we were stuck wondering if we had a place to get married or not. Then at midnight, we get an email that they were closing. A few days later we got an email that we would only be getting a portion of our money back ($2850 of the $7500+ they owe us). It's clear that the company knew of the troubles, and likely even knew the Louisville location would be closing. They had already started the court processed, which is where the "Court Allowed Maximum" amount came from (which they later emailed and informed us they were wrong about, and they'd actually be giving us $3025... which means they still owe us over $4,000). The venue's are great, but the company as a whole is is far from it. Tough situations happen to all companies, but it's how you treat your clients that determines what kind of company you are. To basically steal money from who knows how many couples, not to mention ruin their special day, should be enough for people to avoid booking with Noah's.

Do not book with them! They are currently in a chapter 11 bankruptcy case. They might be shutting down and left brides in the dark. No communication at all. We are finding all of this out through social media and other brides with current contracts with them. When you go to the building to speak to someone they have no answers and tell you to email a person.
