Weve loved banking here since moving to Louisville. Its been a great, seamless experience. For starters, their app might not win any awards, but it is intuitive and it gets the job done. Their account options are simple and straightforward as well. The staff has by far been our favorite aspect though. It is what sets them apart from other major banks in the area. They are very personable and weve come to enjoy stopping by in-person, just so we get to see the tellers and catch up with them. If youre new to the area and want a simple, no-hassle and trustworthy bank, this might be a good fit for you!

If you plan on doing any business banking here dont!! This bank is not established enough to take any sort of small business clients. They dont have the resources or experience for banking to be efficient, or effective. Employees are also very rude and difficult. Banked here for over 2 yrs, worst banking experiences Ive ever had. The mobile deposit is terrible, along with the ATM always had constant issues, and my funds would be late or inaccessible. Hated going inside because the tellers are either clueless or have an attitude, and it takes too long. I liked one manager there and he left. Ive had too many issues with this establishment to even slightly recommend. Dont trust this place with your money.
